XCTelnet Product Key: Automated Network Testing

XCTelnet is a small utility designed for system administrators who want to test network connections of devices connected to Telnet interface.

This utility can send Telnet commands and save results to log file.

XCTelnet can be used in two modes:
•command mode – system administration tool which is used to send commands to remote devices;
•testing mode – feature for device testing.

XCTelnet can test network connections using Telnet protocol. It supports standard Telnet commands.

In this article I will describe XCTelnet commands. I will also tell you how XCTelnet works and why it is useful. This utility is for users who want to test network connections and know why is it useful. I will also tell you how to use XCTelnet application to save the results to log file.

Automatic TCP/IP commands

There are several standard commands of TCP/IP protocol that can be used with Telnet. They are:

Display IP Address: This command can be used to display IP address of Telnet device.

Display Network IP Address: This command displays IP address of each network interface on a device. This command is only for local devices and will display the IP address on each interface if it is connected to a local network. For instance if your router has 10 interfaces and they are all connected to the same local network, then only one will be shown with this command.

Display local IP Address: This command shows IP address of local devices. If your router has 10 interfaces and they are all connected to the same local network, then only one will be shown with this command.

Display State: This command can display the current state of a device. It can be either offline, online, in standby mode or in any other state the device is currently in.

List IP Address: This command can display IP addresses of all devices on the network. All the IP addresses will be displayed in order from the router to the destination device.

List network IP Addresses: This command can display IP addresses of all devices on the network. IP addresses will be displayed in order from the router to the destination device.

Listing By Interface: This command can display IP addresses of all devices on the network. IP addresses will be displayed in order from the router to the destination device for each of the interfaces.

Negative numbers in XSLT

Using XSLT 1.0, I have a case where I am converting a PDF to the proper format. The PDF originally is in a raster image type format and contains comments in hex as negative numbers (so they appear as -100000 instead of -5). In the code, the comment is formatted to be a hex number, so -100000 becomes -5. However, XSLT will not allow a negative value as part of an xs:integer, so I need to somehow change this negative number into 0 (to later be converted back to -100000).
I do some fiddling around in the negative numbers using substring(), but that just makes the number negative again. I looked at the as.numeric() method, but it only gives back an integer.
Is there any simple solution to this? Thanks!

I think you can do it with substring.
This is an example of the idea (where the number in the comment is of course different to the element-value of the input for your transformation):

System Requirements:

Quake III Arena and the new world editor are playable on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. You may need to download a patch that will allow these two platforms to run Quake III Arena and the new world editor simultaneously, which is provided free of charge. Download the most recent patch for your platform here.
You’ll need a PS4 controller to play the game, though players with a DualShock controller can also be used. We’ve prepared a guide for how to connect a DualShock to the PS4 so players with a DualShock can get started.
